This is a charming, authentic mid-century travel trailer that has been mostly converted into a coffee / sandwich concession trailer. SOLD All materials (paint for rear, commercial wood composite flooring, misc. wood pieces, etcc...) are included to finish project as designed except espresso machine. All equipment is NSF certified..the entire trailer was gutted, new commercial 20 amp wiring run throughout, all lighting, plugs, etc...220v. circuit run to espresso machine location. All reinsulated where needed, new copper piping to sinks and espresso machine area.  Also: New water heater , water softener system, and water microfilter system. Has roof air conditioning also has heat. Rear window lifts to serve walk/drive up customers as well as interior seating and sales counter.
