Is the equipment and appliances NSF certified?

I bought everything - so I don't know if it's NSF certified - I built the freezer.

Is there room for a waste water tank?

No, I would hook up for sewer.

What size is the fresh water tank?

20 gallons.

Where does the water from the sinks drain to?

there is sewer hook up to an outside source.

What is the inside height?

6 and 1/2 feet

Does the trailer have turn signals?

Yes it does.

Does the trailer meet vehicle interstate regulations?

It should. IT hasn't been inspected lately.

What are the counter tops made of?

Aluminum.

Is there a waste water tank?

No it doesn't

How long does it take to load/unload?

Maybe about 20 mins. Has brand new winch.

How many people needed to load/unload it from the trailer?

Just 1

What does it stand on, rollers, legs etc.?

It's on 2 aluminum rollers.

How is it powered?

30 amp 220 outlet - easier to hook up to that

Does the stand have a leveling system?

Please advise what repairs, if any, the concession may need, and if there is any rust on it. Describe condition of exterior as

The concession building is all glass, aluminum and vinyl , so therefore there is no rust. The soft serve machine needs a little work. The trailer has surface rust. The exterior and interior are excellent because they have just been redone. The tires are in good shape.
