Is the smoker NSF and is there room for a sandwich prep refrigerator 48"?
We did not certified the smoker, but it was not required by the state. You could probably place the sandwich prep refrigerator where the prep table is (below the window).
I was wondering if there as a wrap/logos on it or if the silver finish is it? If so can I see what they look like?
There is no wrap on the truck. The silver finish is perfect to wrap and customize to meet your needs.
Do you have a floor plan for the truck? Even a rough sketch would be great. I'm very interested in this truck but I'm going to need to do modifications to make it work for my concept. I'm currious as to where the wheel wells are located in realation to the equipment, the location of the range hood and the demensions of the equipment. I really appreiate it and like I said all I need is a rough sketch with mesurements. Thanks so much.
I just submitted a new picture of the approved floor plan for the truck. The wheel wells are located under the flat top griddles (#3 on the picture) and above the service counter (#8 on picture). The hood is 10 ft. total and it is highlighted in yellow on the sketch. Please let me know if you have any other question. Thank you.
What are the demensions of the bed? Sorry for all the questions.
The bed is '14 ft x 8 ft.
Also do you have any more info on that oven? I'm not familiar with that model/style.
