Manufactured in 1999. These 6 foot tall machines / kiosks vend phone cards with different minutes; ie; a 20 bill inserted would vend 4 $5 cards or 2 $10 cards depending on the selection made. These are made by American Changer, and are models AC501 & AC502. Each have dollar bill validators that accept from $1 up to $20.

These machines are 6 feet tall and vend phone cards. Phone cards are still a very hot commodity, as many people use pay as you go phones which require "reloading" with minutes. Perfect in malls, convenience stores, etc.
