To place an order, this Purchase Agreement must be returned with signatures and payment in full to USEDvending.com via fax or  U.S. Mail.   Prices do not include freight.  Before returning the agreement, contact us for the appropriate shipping costs if applicable.                         ||||||||||||||||  IMPORTANT!!!!!!   On deliveries from ALL Freight Lines (other than UPS or FedEx), BE SURE TO INSPECT YOUR SHIPMENT FOR DAMAGE BEFORE SIGNING TO ACCEPT THE MACHINES.  IF THERE IS ANY DAMAGE TO THE PACKAGING OR TO THE MACHINE ITSELF, BE SURE THAT THE DRIVER MAKES A NOTE OF IT ON THE BILL OF LADING. If you do not note the damage on the BOL, filing a freight claim will be very difficult.  DO NOT refuse delivery, just note the damage.
Sales Policy:
Being that USEDvending.com is a brokerage and not manufacturer, we do not express or imply any warranties whatsoever. This apples even in cases where the manufacturer's warranty remains valid. In such cases, it is the buyer's responsibility to contact the manufacturer for determining if the warranty is transferable. Parties agree that USEDvending.com shall not be responsible for any claims arising from consignment sales. Disputes must be handled between the buyer and seller directly. Consignees have agreed to divulge, in writing, basic information concerning the condition and performance of the involved items until the time of shipment / pickup, and buyer may request this info from USEDvending.com if desired. Buyer agrees that all questions have been answered about the condition, performance, design, & function of the items purchased in order to consummate this purchase. It is understood that graphic designs on equipment may vary with model upgrades and may differ from the photo displayed on USEDvending.com for this specific item. All transportation and, if applicable, packaging charges are to be paid by the buyer unless other arrangements are agreed to in writing. Shipments / pickups shall be made as soon as possible after payment in full has been received. If payment is by check, shipment / pickup does not occur until after the check has cleared. If consignee has not shipped items within 30 days, monies shall be refunded  to buyer by USEDvending.com, and it is agreed that USEDvending.com shall not be held responsible for delays beyond its control or indirect costs due to such delays. There are NO RETURNS or EXCHANGES even if delivery has been refused by the buyer. Exception: Refunds or exchanges MAY BE POSSIBLE Checks returned NSF are subject to an additional $25 charge.
Shipping Policy:
We will attempt to arrange shipping with the most economical and efficient carriers. Small packages are usually shipped UPS, while large or fragile shipments may be shipped by various freight carriers such as AAA Cooper, Yellow Freight, Viking etc….  Freight charges are based on the type of merchandise, weight, size and distance.  All shipments and insurance are the responsibility of the buyer.    FREIGHT CLAIMS:   Freight claims are the responsibility of the buyer.  Upon delivery, make sure that you check the condition of every box for tears, creases, crushing, or water stains.  All boxes should be counted.  Note any damage or shortages to the driver immediately so that they may note it on the Bill of Lading.  If, in spite of precautions, merchandise is damaged in transit, the buyer must file a claim with the carrier ASAP and notify us.  Also, the package and packing materials should be retained for carrier's inspection.  Damages are the responsibility of the freight carrier and should be handled accordingly; USEDvending.com takes no responsibility.  Also, do not refuse delivery because of damage; this will lead to storage costs for which the buyer is responsible.   Note: Glass is not insured by UPS.   If you do not notify the driver of damage at delivery, it may be more difficult to resolve the claim; so, be sure to take these steps.
Company Relations:
The buyer agrees that this is not a franchise offering and that he/she is an independent party in no relation to USEDvending.com  other than as a retail customer in this sale.  Also, no statements, promises or inducements made by any persons associated with USEDvending.com shall be binding or valid except for those in this Purchase Agreement.  It is understood that no guarantees have been made with regard to the buyer's potential profits now or in the future.    This Purchase Agreement is binding and enforceable only when signed and accepted by USEDvending.com at its home office.  If USEDvending.com fails to approve  this Purchase Agreement, all funds shall be returned to the buyer and mailed within ten working days.  Buyer hereby agrees that he/she has no right or remedy against USEDvending.com or seller including, but not limited to, claims for injury to person or property or any other consequential, economic or incidental loss arising out of or related in any way to any item purchased.
Buyer agrees that this agreement has been read, fully understood and hereby acknowledges receipt of a copy of the same. In the event of a dispute arising out of this agreement, venue for any action shall lie solely in the courts of Pearl River county, MS and the prevailing party shall be entitled to its reasonable attorneys' fees at trial and on any appeal.

On all shipment deliveries...
You must check for the following:
1.   Damages to the container such as creases,
holes in the boxes, compression marks,
tears in corrugations, tears in shrinkwrap, etc.
2.   Any viewable damage to machine & if driver will allow
you to open packaging, do so & inspect machines.
3.   Correct number of boxes according to Bill of Lading
4.   Correct consignee name and address
All exceptions must be noted on the
delivery receipt before signing for it!
NO EXCEPTIONS!!!! Once the delivery receipt is signed,
you own the Goods, AS IS.
PLEASE NOTE: Trucking companies DO NOT honor concealed damages.
If the delivery receipt has no documentation on it,
a claim will not be honored.
