Kemlite walls and ceiling (white), heavy duty vinyl floor. 3 compartment sink and separate hand wash sink are fed by a 10 gallon DSL propane/electric fast recovery water heater. Approx 50 gallons of fresh water and dual 34 gallon waste tanks. 50 amp panel with 25 foot RV style cord. Dual Dexter torsion axles with "never adjust" electric brakes. Removable tongue is topped by polished diamond plate as a porch for the entry door. New Reese load leveling anti-sway hitch. 16 Foot awning with backlight for flip up sign. Currently licensed as a mobile food unit in Maricopa County, AZ.
Easily towed by a 2008 Toyota Tundra 5.7 double cab.Always parked in covered storage.
