  Stephanie, In answer to your request, I couldn’t be happier with your help (and since I already had the paperwork and process down from the previous sales attempt(s) and just had to update for this buyer and date, that part of the deal was a slam dunk). My trailer has been locked up for quite a bit (with numerous extensions to help the buyer) with one of your colleagues waiting on the sale to get financed and finally fell thru. Almost immediately you picked up the ball with another local (and even closer) buyer and we closed in almost no time. The buyer came thru as promised, and I was able to deposit his check (we use the same banking) and then sign all the paperwork without question or issue.
  LOL – there was quite a struggle the day of the sale after we closed as the buyer didn’t come prepared with the right equipment to tow it – but we worked together to get him the right equipment and later that evening he was on his way.
  And I helped him with questions on operation the next few days as he prepared to get ready for his health and fire inspection – HE PASSED! • Sale ended up fine. We reduced our price more than I would have liked (although my husband was ok with it so that’s not your fault) but I don’t know if Used Vending made any price concession on their share of the sale, which I would also expect. When I tried to verify the cashier’s check with the buyer’s bank, I had to contact buyer for more info. Bradley then reached out to me and acted as if I was bothering the buyer. I was simply trying to make sure it would be a legitimate check. Buyer needed to meet on a weekend when banks were not open. That leaves a seller with little recourse if they are given a fake document. In this day and age of scams being so prevalent, people are wise to be cautious. Perhaps Used Vending could start verifying that payment source for sellers ahead of time so there is not a need for that concern. Our buyer did go to the bank the day before the sale and FaceTimed with us so we could be certain it was a real check. Our buyer turned out to be good, but one cannot be too careful. When I took the check to the bank, they had to verify it and were unable to do so at the time I was there. They gave us access to $400 of a $20k+ check in our account for a full day until they were certain it was legitimate. The teller even asked me if I knew the person who had given me the check. This tells me they were also being cautious and that I was not over reacting when I tried to verify it ahead of time. Transaction was fine and we received our full payment a day later. I was intending not to comment on all of this but continued to be contacted for comments so this is my honest assessment.

  Hi Wendy, To be honest I really don’t know where you can improve! You all have been amazing! Every single person that helped us at Usedvending from our first day has been so professional, clear, encouraging and simply just nice! I’m sure everyone’s food truck can be challenging to sell, ours was specially challenging because it required a very niche buyer, but throughout the whole process I never felt pressured or rushed, rather encouraged and you all provided us with so many tools, ideas and reminders to make our post better.
