Features:

1989 Hitchhiker full out Carnival/Their style food trailer 18 feet long by 8 feet wide. Trailer was completely redone from the frame out just about three years ago This year.
All found drink lines and system was completely redone also. For, 36 inch flat top, and much more was all replaced during the refit and is still like new.
Recently added a new, prettier and more functional stainless steel hood system Last year. Also changed out all of the splash guards for new stainless steel splash guards. The façade that is out front What's custom made with durable iron. It is easy and quick to set up and Matches the rest of the vinyl scheme on the trailer And has counters that mount on top for patrons to eat on.
This hides the hitch that is also detachable if desired. Not only hides the hitch but also propane tanks and other items that can be stored behind it. I typically leave the hitch on because it is so heavy. And this façade Is excellent! There is also External 110 plugs out front near the hitch so that you may put a freezer for more storage During busy events. We also recently installed a brand-new rooftop air conditioner!!!! And rooftop storage tubes for the flags! Too many more details to mention........
