The kitchen was installed and began use in 2019, the unit was stored in 2020 during COVID-19, and use resumed in 2021: seasonal use only May - Oct. Stored inside during off-season.
Seller notes: Our mechanic says the tread is good but there is "checking" on the rear tires. They have never had issues with holding air. Has one spare. We take it to our mechanic annually to be checked over.
*The AC blower switch in cab is not working.
