This unit has just been serviced, with everything detailed and deep cleaned, and the engine is running great. The body has a new wrap, and the seats are barely used with no damage. Seller estimates body has 220k miles on it at last VIN report. Kitchen is 3-4 years old and is clean. Generator and engine has been serviced recently.

Yes, full shore power
Condition of tires, tread depth, and age? Production date will be in week#/year
Tires are about 80%, not sure when the date of manufacturing, can check later again but they are Firestone F5 560 tires
Last date of service for the transmission, engine coolant, differential, P/S, A/C, brake system, percentage of brake pads remaining?
As far as service, everything has gone through thorough service and has been set for the next event. You would only have to charge up the propane, and get a new year health license for it to be operational
Condition of suspension—ball joints, tierods, shocks & or airbags, wheel bearings, u-joints?
As far as I know, everything is perfectly operational and fine. You're more than welcome to get a pre. Inspection done. Drives as it should and isn’t wobbly.
How many hours on the generator?
Not sure exactly how many hours are on the generator but you're more than welcome to have it inspected as well. It is fairly new as you can see. Installed 3-4 years ago
Where are the butane bottles located?
Tank is secured underneath the chassis of the freight liner. It was very good build and design. On the power side hookup, same spot for the butane
