Does this truck have a working fire suppression system?
Our local city inspector required a vent a hood but not fire suppression system. One can be added where vent a hood currently is located.
I see that the kitchen was installed in 2019. Was all equipment installed new or is some newer/older?
All new equipment including sinks, both generators, TV menu, AC unit. Nothing was used, all equipment was installed brand new.
Is there anything of concern or that needs repair/potential repair on the truck?
None that we know of.
Is it still currently licensed with the Department of Food Regulation?
Yes, the truck has been licensed in two cities
What is the reason for selling?
We have a storefront that keeps us extremely busy. We are currently building a second location and have no time to run the truck. The truck made money and paid for its self.
