What make and model is the smoker?
Will send model# information. Am at work. I use a layer of charcoal, and put cured oak, maple or any flavor of wood you like. I also use a container that I put wood pellets in also. The grill can cook a large volume of meat at one time. There's a exhaust fan in the ceiling to help reduce smoke and heat.
