  The smoker was built with 1/4" thick diamond plated steel for extra insulation and the smoke box was built with custom ceramic plates insulating the inside of the box to be able to hold much higher temperatures in cold weather.


Additional Features:

• 2 smoke boxes with internal gas lines attached, with 2 flame throwers connected to be used to get wood smoking
• vertical box with four 5' deep racks for holding an extraordinary amount of meat
• a detachable chimney on top with elongated handle for rotating the flu, and chimney is removable for low door access if being stored in standard garage
• The smoke box doors also have adjustable flow vents.
• built with removable racks for easy cleaning
• extra large glass faced thermometers placed throughout the smoker on the faces of all doors to the grills, smoke boxes and vertical boxes for crisp and clear visibility of the temperature dispersed throughout
• 2 smoke barrels and smokers feature large counter weights to hold doors open
• Each smoker barrel features a custom metal plate system in the bottom for controlling where the smoke travels in the barrel.
• Metal flanges have been added in addition to every opening door on the entire smoker and trailer to allow for locking padlocks.
• 2" deep large cast iron rectangle pans for holding charcoal in the smoker barrels for charcoal grilling

• It is built on a flat trailer with a twin axle system for much increased stability and safety.

Seller's  note: This smoker/trailer was custom built in 2014 in Texas with nearly every bell and whistle that was available — until we ran out of space for any additional features. All 4 tires are in great shape with the majority of their tread left and an overall low amount of mileage. The entire smoker/trailer has stayed in the same spot since its purchase. Only had 1 owner.
