You could remove the refrigerator currently in the trailer and put a side by side fridge/freezer

No
Do you have a picture of the interior of the porch area? I need to know if there is enough room to incorporate a Big Tex Traeger.
I can take some and send them to you. But yes I'm pretty sure it could hold that smoker. The porch area is 8-ft wide and 10-feet long, with 7ft ceilings
