When looking at the mechanical room - the pipes and divider wall don't look set, but it's hard to tell in photos. Are those items that need repair? Have they taken away functionality of the unit?
The unit is complete no damage in the mechanics room. the metal that you see is an extra door for the left side of the unit. The unit is complete operation no issues
The scrapes to the left of the right door - how deep are those and do they prevent functionality in any way?
The areas that look like scrapes are holes for the brackets that hold on the rail, for transport the rails have to be removed. They do not effect the function of the unit. The rails are stored in the mechanics room.
The scuffs to the top rail - are those rubber transfer or actual scrapes into the metal?
The scuffs at the top of the unit are from the straps for the tie down for transport
Do the "vacant" and " occupied" indicators work?
Yes, the lights work
On the entry-doors side of the unit, does the buckling in the large panels or any of the dents near hinges or door handles prevent or hinder the opening or closing of doors?
The unit is fully operational nothing stopping the doors from opening or closing properly
How many gallons do the freshwater and greywater tanks each hold?
The fresh water tank hold 100 gallons. I am not sure about the black water, we had it hard plumbed into the sewer didnt use the holding tank for the grey water. or black water. It has a tankless water heater.
What is this trailer's weight?
I do not know of the trailer weight, I have a operation manual no other information
