Seller's Note: The refrigerator and freezer could use a fresh cleaning before use after being in storage, we cleaned them well before we put the trailer in storage. 


*The exterior has a few minor paint scuffs. 
*The interior has minor wear and tear.
*The hand sink handle broke off in the same snowstorm.
*The grey water tank could use a good flush from sitting if desired (not necessary).
*There is a dent in the generator as seen in photos that does not affect the efficacy of the generator.
*The pump handle for the grey water release broke off after being in storage outside during the winter, which could also use a little love if desired. We used the trailer after it broke off and would just put a bucket under there to collect the water as it dripped out.
