  This unit features a separate entrance leading to an 8-foot space with a fully enclosed bathroom for added convenience. It has a 12-foot kitchen space and an 8-foot porch with gull-wing doors, along with two fold-up cots for multi-day events. With two upgraded 7K-pound axles.

Seller notes on towing: I tow with a 2020 Ram 3500. I don't use any weight distribution hitch as it tows great without one on this truck. Tongue weight is about 1600 pounds. With a weight distribution hitch it would be less. I believe total weight is around 12000 but may vary up/down based on what you have loaded on.
