Is there a way to customize it if I want to add a stove top or a flat top grill? .

Yes there is. You can remove the prep table in the photo and add the griddle to that spot, I've always thought about doing it but never did, could put a 4 burner stove as well, just needs to run on propane.

I would like to know, how you store your water supply, since there's no water tank?

Isn't it required to have a three compartment sinks on the trailer? .

There is a water tank and a holding tank under the sink, each festival is different with regulations as far as there compartment sinks go, wash rinse and sanitize station could be set up in bus tubs off back of rig, everything I do is on plastic plates or boats or to go boxes, not much equipment to wash if any at all

Can a two ton truck, like F150
pull the unit?

Yes is can, just need the two package which I'm sure you have, is your truck lifted?

Is it ready how long since used. Everything working need any repairs?

I use it every weekend, selling BBQ. Could use a coat of paint if you wanted to, tires are good, could modify it how you like it ser up for your use as well, perfect for big festivals, fairs and other public events in your area.
