Does it have A/C and exhaust hood?

No A/C, roof vented as per picture, cooking is done outside the trailer, was easier for us to get started in the food business at the time (money, insurance, inspections, cleaning fees), cooking outside under the canopy allows the aromas to flow, brings in customers.
