Is there water and electric installed in trailer?

Electric YES. The panel is in the enclosed part of the trailer with lights and outlets in the enclosure. There are also outlets on the open part of the trailer including one overhead in the center of the trailer ceiling in the event power is needed with an extension cord. The ambilical to the trailer is 30AMP and located on the open section of the trailer on the wall closest to the enclosed section. A 25' cord is included.
