I just want to know the condition of this truck and if it has any equipment inside.

it is brand new just built a couple months ago things changed I haven't used it yet it's brand new. the Saints still need to be installed but it has a freshwater tank and has the. grey water tank mounted underneath with the flush out. it's a brand new trailer.

Are there any sinks? And does the prep table come with the trailer, as seen in the pictures?

The cabinets is in place with the fresh tank underneath. You would have to buys the kind of drop in three-compartment sink that you want and plumb it to the fresh water tank underneath the cabinet in the grey water tank is already mounted to the frame with a discharge on the outside. No the prep table does not come with the trailer.

Are you able to out fit with a good and propane hook up?

there's no propane hookups you would have to Plum any propane that you wanted.
