The food truck was permitted and fully licensed about three years ago in CA. We never licensed it since we got it because we hit Covid and ran into many other things that we wanted to upgrade on it - so it never was permitted, but it was a permitted truck at one point. Almost everything on this truck is new. We had it remodeled - LED lighting with the plastic wrapper still on them, brand new HVAC unit in the roof, and brand new custom locking system that we had designed just for the generator. Upgraded metal sheeting underneath, reinforced crossmembers in the floor, and many more upgrades done. 

Per seller: The truck should have no problem passing inspection. There's nothing in the truck that won't pass. The new owner might have to update the fire extinguisher certification and put some labels on things, but fire suppression shouldn't be necessary unless they plan on using deep fryers/frying equipment in CA.
