This mobile beauty unit was completely gutted and redone inside. It has a brand new water tank installed underneath (so lots of room in the back). It also just recently had a full wheel alignment and inspection, the tires are in great condition. It has a brand new battery! The flooring is brand new vinyl custom and professionally done with brand new carpet in the front where the seats are! Included in the price is the vanity and the cutting chair as well as the sofa in the front and still have the sink and can have it put back in if buyer would like! Freshly painted cabinets and walls. Bathroom has new faucet and new mirror. ONLY 33k kilometers!! All manuals including original included in the purchase.
*The stylist chair has been removed to open the back even more for unlimited vision to any entrepreneur!
*The unit has a solid roof with good insulation, the generator needs a new starter. The automatic stairs battery is disconnected and wooden sturdy stairs have been used when parked.

What condition is the engine and underneath the RV?
Good condition, I just got new tires last summer and they said it looked great as they had to hoist it up to replace them
What is the condition of tires, breaks, hoses, and belts?
Just put on military studded tires this summer 2022 and they checked all underneath and were in great condition!
What are the mechanical issues of the vehicle?
No issues that I’m aware of. My mechanic checked every thing this past summer as I took it out.
Would you be willing to put the stylist chair and shampoo bowl back in the truck or include it with the purchase?
Yes and I will also have it all fully tuned up as well
I would be using this as a mobile bridal suite, but I don't think I'd need the sinks. How many people can you fit inside at once?
I actually took the sink out and the couch to open up the back and when I was doing wedding parties with my make up artist we could fit 10 people comfortably .
Where does the sink/washing station fit in?
The sink would go in the back. I originally had my shampoo sink in there with a reclining foot rest so there’s lots of room. If you refer to picture six it shows my shampoo sink when it was in. There’s lots of space in back of rv!
What types of things do you need to do to keep it running during cold winters so pipes don't freeze? Have you done anything extra to it for winter?
I don’t use it in the winter however, it does have a solid roof if you want to use it in winter you would have to put a small little heater in where the water tank is to keep the water from freezing since it’s in side of rv. You could also use a heated blanket over the water tank. If you park it in your yard, it would be easy to keep plugged into house all winter. Depending on where you live, it can get up to -40 with the wind chill so it’s too cold here to use the winter. The mechanic that worked on the RV though did tell me if I was to winterize that’s what I would have to do.
