Is there a generator? If so, how big/small?
Yes, it has one on board that runs off the propane or gas. I don't know the size
How big are the holding tanks? fresh water, grey and hot water?
30 gallon fresh, 15 gallon gray and I belive 3 gallons of hot
How big is the underneath propane tank?
I believe 50 gallon. Its brand new

Is it a wrap on the outside of the vehicle or paint?
Wrap. I will all be removed as part of the sell
Is everything in working condition? Nothing is broken or on its last legs?
Everything is amazing on the inside and works perfectly. The engine needs a tune up but new batteries, oil change and runs great. A little black smoke comes out of the exaust is all.
