Classic 8' x 12' Waymatic Roll Off Carnival Style Concession Trailer for Sale in Iowa!

This carnival-style food trailer weighs less than 5,000 lbs and has some basic equipment inside to get you started. This trailer was previously hard-wired to electricity at location and was connected to ground water hookups. Trailer is NOT set up for generator or standard shore power and does not have water tanks. Seller states: 2018 it had worked only at the Iowa State Fair for 20+ years. It was ready to go before the owners decided they couldn't handle it with their two in town restaurants and lack of help. At that time, it all worked. It was winterized then and has sat to the present. This last fall, I cleaned the inside and out. It needs some love but otherwise, a solid Waymatic Trailer. I operate a 79 and an 84 unit and the same. They are good trailers.
NOTE: This is a roll off trailer that has hard caster wheels the seller puts on to move it around at the location. This unit is NOT directly towable; it will need to be loaded on a flatbed and transported.

Do you have a way to lift the concession trailer up on a flatbed?
I have wheels that slide into the frame and could roll up on a trailer. Otherwise, it has 4" caster wheels under it that can be winched up on a trailer.
How solid is the floor? Any rot or soft spots?
The framing of it from the underside is solid. The flat floor has some soft spots. We were going to drop a piece of plywood down with a sheet of steel just to be able to clean it up.
Any old or new roof leaks?
No Leaks
Any cracked or chipped windows?
There may be a couple of chips on the edges but they are ready to be cleaned, lubed to slide, and use.
Does everything work as it should?
