When was the last inspection with Health Department completed?

The Health inspector did an inspection on the trailer on July 28, 2017. Then at each event for the town we did. One on July 4th, 2018 and August 5th, 2018. Then we recieved our new. Health permit to operate in January 2019. So it is current. Expires 12-31-1019.

Did it pass the Health Department inspection?

Yes. Absolutely.

When was the last time this trailer was fully operated?

December 20, 2018

When was the last time the equipment was serviced?

Fire suppression system was serviced in September 2018. It was due again last month but didn't do it due to selling. Fryer was serviced when installed brand new in December 2017. Have kept it well maintained. Water heater was installed brand new. All equipment has been kept very clean. And run perfectly.

Any equipment need to be repaired or replaced?

No. All equipment is in perfect running condition.

Has this unit past inspections (safety)?

CORRECTION: The fire suppression system was last inspected in September which makes it due for reinspection. The seller has not had the system re-inspected. The silver extinguisher and the red extinguisher are still good. Will sell the Honda EU 7000 IS inverter generator can be purchased for an additional fee. Owned for 1 year and has around 50 hours on it. It has been maintained by the owner.
