How long is the truck?

It's 22 feet.

What condition is the generator in?

Its' brand new and in excellent condition.

When was the last routine maintenance, i.e.oil change, tire rotation, radiator flush…

Other than oil leak, yes its mechanically sound, runs great. When we purchased it a few years go, we had it all done, we have not put 3K miles on it since, so there was no need for much maintenance, it does have new all tires, new battery, new alternator.
