This used food truck for sale has an oven and a refrigerator but it may need a freezer. It would be really easy to use for any other types of food by just adding cooking equipment such as a fryer or cook top or griddle. There are several stainless steel tables for equipment to sit on top of as well as an open area and things could easily be moved around to suit any setup. There is a metal landing on rear bumper with mount for generator. The seller had a lot of work done to it to fix it up even though it was in pretty good shape to start with. The work done included: replaced both cylinder heads on the motor, replaced rear drums & rear brakes, wheel cylinders, front brakes, lower control arm, upper shafts, front shocks, Harmonic balancer, replaced Y pipe on the exhaust, replaced the oxygen (O2) sensor on the exhaust, fixed the rear filler hose for filling the gas, and replaced missing last 5' plug to the rear of truck that was for the gas gauge and rear lighting. The engine is in great shape and was probably replaced. It looked much newer than the 166K miles that the odometer has on it. The engine is a Chevy/GMC 350 fuel injected engine, which is fuel efficient for this size of truck, and easy to get parts for. Another key feature of this truck is the power source, it runs both 110 and has a 220 plug, which is for large power drawing equipment.

Sorry, didn't see the schematic. Can the ceiling be raised? and is there an a/c unit?
There isn't an AC unit but one could easily be added as there is 1 or 2 roof vents, so it would just need to be mounted. The ceiling is fiberglass that allows light thru, it is unchanged in the cab but in the rest of the truck a drop ceiling was added, most likely to hide wiring and fluorescent light fixtures and to make it easier to add the stainless/plastic roof sections. So, yes, I suppose the drop ceiling could be raised or removed.
How tall is the inside of the truck?

Does it have no stove or oven? If not, can it be installed?
It comes with an oven, which is electric. It runs on the 220 plug. The oven sits on top of one of the stainless steel tables, under the exhaust fan. I will try to add a picture of the oven.
How long is the exhaust hood and where is mounted?
The exhaust fan has a drop down lip that is about 4' wide x 2' deep and the opening is approximately 10-12" diameter. It is located at the rear passenger side of the truck near the back door.
