This is a mobile cafe equipped with the artillery to: create specialty coffee beverages hot and cold using a Rancillio Classe 8 barista (also including ‘ICE-CAP’ style beverages with a stand-alone coffee slush maker), create smoothies with the 2 commercial grade programmable blenders and commercial grade ice maker, serve professionally brewed filtered coffee, deep-fry to your heart's content with a commercial-grade countertop double basket deep fryer adjacent to an ice cream chest freezer for deep-fried ice cream and last but not least a commercial-grade donut maker for deep-fried mini donuts adjustable to 3 different donut sizes. All of this comes together at a prep table which allows you to customize your customer's desserts/beverages with different warm melted glazes and their favorite chocolate candy toppings.

Trailer features:

• Canopies open on all four sides and heights are set at municipal code. Weight is over 10000lbs.
• All the electrical is brand new along with a single-phase panel installed. There is also a 3-phase panel loaded with breakers as a backup in case the setup calls for it (CSA approved).
• The fire suppression system is brand new and to code (2 fire extinguishers are part of that)
• Fully renovated with insulated walls, new floor, quartz counter, stainless steel work tables and a commercial-grade wooden chopping counter all included. All construction receipts are available along with the contracting companies' warranties for the work that was done in the trailer.
• Completely redone exterior. Redone with white aluminum paneling ready to receive a full vinyl wrap custom to your company’s brand.

All equipment is included along with small wares, cleaning supplies, office supplies, and inventory (straws, napkins, cones, toppings, glazes etc...).
