It has 270,000 mileage and in good condition. Floor is covered with diamond rubber flooring. It has a welded cage on the back to secure the generator, Hydraulic grooming table included. Lots of storage for shampoo, towels etc. Seller's Note: The AC has a leak because I put freon in, and it lasts about a month and then blows warm again, so we put a window unit in for cooling.
