   This trailer is in good condition with custom wood work on oven deck. Recently passed health inspection. Comes with all dough bins, pizza pans, topping storage bins, pizza peels, etc. It has been set up at a food truck park since August and hasn't been moved since then. NOTE: The brick wrap has been removed. 

*there is a generator attached & included however it needs servicing
*one small exhaust fan and proofing cabinet heater have a short of some kind.
*one rear support Jack stand is stripped and likely needs replaced (I haven't used or needed it).
*3 of 4 tires in very good condition. All have good tread. Fourth has some slight dry rot and has a different rim (see in pictures).
