A new high-speed oven can cost $18K all by itself. This could be a game changer as no food trucks have this option. You can take frozen pizza to ready to eat in 40 seconds for example. Can keep ingredients cold for better quality, safer, and less waste. Microwave heats inside while convection toasts outside. Can work for Burritos, tacos, tostadas etc. At multi-truck events the rule is "the shorter the line, the more you'll sell". So, if you have a quality product at a fair price and your line moves twice as fast you'll outsell the other trucks by 2 to 1. That makes a huge difference in your total profit for the event. Usually three times the profit. So think about it before passing up this option. Even if you're parking at the same location and you're the only truck at that location it could still help you sell more because your customers will learn that they can get their food fast and hot. You might be able to run the truck with a single person instead of two.

6 foot hood with fire suppression system was recently certified by a 3rd party inspector. No cooking equipment is currently installed under the hood. Seller will install up to two pieces of cooking equipment under the hood for the buyer.  (griddle, grill, gas stove etc) and a shallow funnel cake oil fryer is available. (call for details).

Chassis was built in 1979 by Grumman Olson based on a Chevy P-30. Chassis has 150K+ miles.
The body length is 24 feet and there is a 4 foot deck on the back to hold the propane tanks and the generators.
It has a rear door with separate screen door (new deadbolt and lock) and sliding door on passenger side with a new keyed handle lock.

The engine and transmission were replaced in 2020 with a 454 engine and heavy duty automatic transmission from a low mileage RV with around 60K miles and only 10K has been added since then. Engine was largely rebuild during replacement (new seals and fluids). New balanced drive shaft. Differential oil changed. The 454 has great power for going up hills. No problem even on steep avenue streets.

New computer controlled sifter July 2024) with a push button panel which makes it totally safe. Truck engine will not start unless the truck is in park and your foot is on the brake. Will not shift into Park or Reverse while moving. Will not shift into Drive or Reverse unless foot is on the brake). The shifter has an LED screen to give you messages if you try to do something that isn't allowed. Controls are nicely backlit.


New High definition (1080p) side view cameras with night vision and upper mounted 10.5 inch display monitor with split screen view. New high def 1080p rear view camera with IR night vision and separate dash mounted 7 inch display monitor. Display shutoff switch for darker cabin during long freeway driving. Exterior LED display lights with overhead LED bar to light up the menu box from above. Menu box can hold a display monitor (55" TV) if desired.

Two generators on the back deck (electric start, new batteries with trickle charger so they are always ready to go). Generac IQ-3500 ultra quiet for a total of 7000 Watts (120vac 58 amps). They have built-in load sharing for true 58 amp capability. Can run just one generator if limited power is needed. This is a more flexible and more redundant, more reliable and less expensive setup than a single 7000Watt generator. No cage needed. generators are toe clipped to the deck which makes them easier to service etc and nearly impossible to steel. Third identical Generac generator that has some difficulty starting is included for spare parts.

Circuit breaker panel was upgraded to Siemens Homelite with plenty of extra spots for additional circuits or a 220VAC circuit if desired.
Electrical system can accept 220VAC 1ph shore power or 120VAC power to run fridges overnight with the use of RV adapter cable (included). Outlets throughout the truck.

A/C unit (works well). Evaporative Swamp Cooler can be placed on the rear deck to cool the entire truck interior by 15-20 degrees. This works much better than the A/C if you're using the hood.
