That cost will depend on the cost in your area for propane. There are 2 propane tanks with the trailer. Both tanks were filled for approximately $60.00 and ran for about 6 month without a refill. The propane is used to heat the water to provide hot water.

How big is the water tank and how much does it cost to fill it?

There are 2 water tanks on board. 1- 25gal original tank and 1- 50gal tank which was added later. The cost we can not really say, because he just hooked up a waterhose and filled . He never monitored that. Suggestion would be to speak with your water company in your area about water cost per gallon. But it is very minor.

How much and where would you get a battery for the slide out? Also, which type of truck is required to haul this trailer?
What are the expense that come with the trailer - propane, water, waste - what you have to deal with month to month?
How many outlets and what type of energy - generator?

Battery is standard car battery. More amp is better. He used a 2500 series truck, which is a 3/4 ton truck. It has the ability to plug to outside power source, and a generator. There is ample outlets in the trailer. I was using it once or twice a week, so the expense depends on the usage.

And is there anything that isn't working and would need attention (ac, electrical, water heater)? How long did the owner use the trailer? And were they the original owners that remodeled it?

The only thing at this time that is wrong is the battery is down which would run the slideout, other than that nothing else is wrong. The owner has owned the trailer for approximately 3yrs. The original owner did not remodel it. The person whom is selling it now, did all the remodeling. Thanks for your inquiry!
