Trailer structural details:
- Subframe: 3” I-Beam crossmembers on 12” centers with 4” longrail. Mylar the tape is applied between all steel subframe components and extruded aluminum lower bottom rails to prevent corrosion.
- Floor: 1-⅛” Laminated hardwood fastened to the subframe with 2 countersunk screws per 1 floor board per cross member in a staggered pattern. Floor boards are ship lapped and pre-undercoated for protection from elements. Hardwood floor is covered with .063 aluminum tread plate, welded seam on the floor with 6” base and ⅜” radius coving.
- Skins-Sides: .040 Aluminum, secured with rivets.
- Side Wall: Extruded aluminum top and bottom rails with 1-⅜” deep galvanized steel z-shaped vertical posts installed on 16” centers.
- Front End: Aerodynamic aluminum radii with steel z posts. .040 aluminum, secured with rivets.
- Roof: .032 One piece aluminum sheet with anti-snag roof bows on 24” centers with crowned roof design which prevents water/ice pooling. Aerodynamic aluminum radius and poly-tuff corner caps.
- Exterior Lights: Tecniq S34 LED sealed clearance light, per Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS)-108 installed in front corner caps, side top rails, and five across the rear header. LED turn signals and LED license plate lights included.
- Interior Walls: ⅝” Plywood attached to galvanized steel z-shaped vertical posts with 1” foam insulation in between the posts (front and sidewalls, the back wall is a triple layer of ⅝” plywood). .24 Quilted Stainless Steel sheets glued to the plywood walls.
- Interior Ceiling: .24 Quilted Stainless Steel sheets attached to the 24” centers and insulated with 1” foam.
