This silver beast is a 1995 20' International Step Van with a diesel engine with manual transmission. It's been converted to be a type II food truck under its own county regulations and has been approved by the Health Department. Plenty of extra space to add equipment for a type III food truck or turn key ready for any type of food truck business that doesn't need to cook food onsite. The roof of the truck was recently recoated with a Dicor sealant system. The outside features a 10' fold out bar that sits about 5. The order window slides open and includes a fold out counter/shelf. The back door is a custom welded swing out door with a large step/bumper that houses the generator with a locking system and cover. There is plenty of room on the other side of the bumper to house other equipment, such as a mini-split AC. Call us now!

The "cargo" area has a 3-bay washing sink with high-pressure washer hose, an additional hand washing sink, a 3-stage water filtration system for drinking taps, and a hot water heater, all fed by a ~42 gallon fresh water tank that drains to a ~56 gallon gray water tank. Both tanks are mounted under the body near the back of the truck. There are NSF storage shelves, stainless steel shelves, a prep counter, a large ice bin, and a refrigerator. The AC/fan/heater works pretty well, though if you're working with equipment that generates a lot of heat, the AC would likely need an upgrade before the summer to stay comfortable inside.
The truck has had a lot of quality maintenance and repairs done within the last 8 months by RWC, including new front axle brakes and brake booster/master cylinder, glow plugs, many electrical lines, relays, and harnesses replaced, a new fuel pump, an air filter, and an oil and filter change.
There are a few known mechanical issues. A couple of the extra roof line lights are not working, and one of the two front left signal lights isn't working. We think this is due to damaged wires or may even be simply burned-out bulbs. The brake lights occasionally come on without the brake pedal being pushed, which we think is due to the sensor at the brake pedal being overly sensitive. The windshield wipers don't work and would need to be troubleshooted to diagnose and repair, but they are at least easily accessible through the cabin overhead storage. There's an apparent leak of the power steering fluid, as it doesn't hold fluid, but steering is only a little difficult when not moving. The gas gauge is not working. We check the gas level easily with a dip stick and have only ever needed to fill it up every 1-2 months when in regular use. The odometer stopped working at 314,699.
The truck has been very reliable, with the exception of not starting a couple months ago due to an electrical relay problem that was fixed.
Optional:
It has a Taylor soft serve machine on the truck that is also for sale and can be included, as well as any other equipment or furnishings, such as an induction cooktop, a water broiler, tables and chairs, and a 10' x 20' fold-out canopy.
Labeling/branding will be removed upon sale unless you're interested in buying the entire business.
