This is a well-maintained step van. Bare and clean inside. It has the original engine and a Muncie M465 4-speed transmission. The truck can go 90mph straight down the road, while carrying one ton, without boiling over; and gets up to 15mpg, typically 13.5mpg.

The truck leaks only a sheen of power steering fluid (less than a drop). Forward clearance markers leak few drops of water during the heaviest of rains, which run down the edges of the windshield. Windshield gasket leaks a similar amount, to be fixed when it's time for new windshields. Everywhere else is dry and tight. It's a bare aluminum body, so nothing gets hurt from the few drops getting in.
The roof was pressure washed and recoated with a commercial-grade Flex-Seal product. The roof itself didn't leak, it just was brown from weathering.

The body is quite clean, except for the sticker residue. Note the mirror reflections in the pix! There are two little fender dents that were bondo'd, that is starting to break up but all the aluminum is still behind the bondo.
