FEATURES:

This is a custom designed truck with high tech imported German Grills.  The vertical grills are a feature that makes our chicken so moist.  Because you place the individual skewer on top of each other, the juices from the roasting chicken drips from one to another. It also is an eye catching feature and makes the truck impressive to watch. There are two grills on the truck, each can hold up to 35, 3-3.5lb whole chickens, making it a total of 70 chickens.
If you would like to change it up a little, there are special attachments that will allow you to roast whole chicken legs, ribs, sausages, or whatever you can imagine. This truck has been to many California Farmer's Markets, Fairs, Corporate Catering, Private Parties, and School Lunches for Private Schools, and Street Vending, all with success.
The module is a self contained unit.  It has hot/cold running water, refrigeration, electricity, adequate lighting, and holding tanks for waste products.
