Specifically designed so that you don't need to go through the health dept. in most areas- Only agricultural depts. 

This is currently a fully functioning, fully operational business and will remain so until the new owner takes possession and moves to their desired location. No equipment needed, don't need to design your own system for daily operations, don't need to figure out how or what or where to order. We just stay in one "permanent" location and plug into electricity. That is the suggested use. We pay 500 a month rent, and have access to water and electricity. You can keep it there or move it, whatever you choose to do. We are the only business allowed to have a drive thru where we are.

There is a high powered non-inverter generator. If electricity goes during a storm and you want to remain open, you can. Or if you want to go mobile, you can. (If you go mobile you may want to consider using an inverter generator and keep the other one as a back up).
