Seller description: For your customers to order, they just walk inside or go to the drive thru. This tiny home/hut is like new. Built in 2021 to professional specs for this specific commercial purpose. The trailer is like new, also built in 2021 to spec for this purpose.
This is currently a fully functioning, fully operational business and will remain so until the new owner takes possession and moves to their desired location. No equipment needed, don't need to design your own system for daily operations, ready to go. Just step in, move to your desired location, plug into electricity and start taking orders.
We just stay in one "permanent" location and plug into electricity. That is the suggested use. We pay 500 a month rent, and have access to water and electricity. You can keep it there or move it, whatever you choose to do. We are the only business allowed to have a drive thru where we are.
This unit comes fully stocked with coffee beans, cups, syrups, EVERYTHING!

What permits and licenses are required to operate?
Agriculture only. We specifically designed it so that there are no food or cooked products. Only drinks and therefore does not under the health dept.
Is the trailer compliant with local health and safety regulations?
1. Maintain your annual tag on the trailer (just like you would your personal car).
2. Only need agriculture deot. No health dept.
If you don't add any "prepared foods" (cooked products) to the menu, then all you would need to do is have Agricultural compliance (no health dept necessary). This is MUCH MUCH easier and simple. (of course rules vary state to state, county to county. But anywhere we've been, it's ALWAYS been agg.)

* Even though this is a tiny home, because it is on wheels its falls under the "Food Truck" category. So, insurance is something you would need to investigate from multiple sources.

* Utilities: Depends on if your running a generator or plugging into electricity. Is your generator propane or gas? Or do you always go to the same location that has electricity so you can plug in like an RV? If you can use electricity - is it included in your rent or not? Or maybe you found a permanent location so you never have to move it ... the question again would be - is electricity included in your rental spot or not.
