Seller notes: Mechanic said the engine was replaced at some point so mileage is unknown. Hot water heater needs to be replaced; countertop fryer and warming cabinet also need replaced.

Business was shut down at start of Covid lockdown that’s what it was last used. It passed Ohio inspection at that time if that’s where we used it also pass health department inspection at that time.
