   This truck has a 2019 interior build-out. Body is in good condition, no dents/cracks/missing pieces, as is all the glass (good/clear).

The freezer is a Nelson cold plate and does not need to stay plugged in to stay below freezing. It’s the type of ice cream freezer you plug in ‘the night before’ and it will hold temperature (for ice cream) up to 12 hours, depending on how many times the lid is opened.
The hot water heater and sink pump require electricity - when the menu items served require their use. Hence, the strapping on of a generator. These items are plugged into a power strip with a dedicated circuit breaker (commercial) that connects directly to the generator.
The overhead light is 12v and runs off the vehicle’s power supply.
