Seller's note: The oven gets hot and retains great heat. It also can run on propane. Has large storage under the oven for wood, etc. as well as a built-in workbench with overhead storage. The trailer is registered and has lights for working in the dark. It also has side trailer jacks for additional support under the oven.
No sinks or plumbing installed in the trailer.

Does this have everything it needs to get permits to sell food in public?
I believe it needs a sink. I do private parties and wineries etc…
Why you are selling? So new!
My kids went back to college and they were my help on weekends. I have a full time job and is hard to find help. I am busy. Still taking jobs just not all the time.
How much does the trailer weigh?
Approx 4-5000 lbs. The oven is a clay brick oven and a steel trailer. I pull it with a 1/2 ton pickup.
Who is the maker of the pizza oven?
It was hand made from Jalisco.
Would there be room to add a 3 compartment & handwashing sink?
Yes, there is
Would you be willing to sell the trailer without the pizza oven?
I don’t know how I would get the oven out. If needed for the sale I will find a way to remove the oven.
