SOLD FEATURES:

Trailer passed health inspection and has been operated in west Texas. Here's a list of equipment: --2 gas Krampouz griddles and the wooden swirl handles + greasing pad thingy and 2 flipping spatulas --Hot holding steam table by Volrath --Anvil countertop 2 gas burner --2 vent hoods (each has it's own power switch) --numerous Cambro containers (we used a countertop ice bath for cheese, etc.) --3 Dexter knives and cutting boards --small refrigerator and it has room for one more fridge to go under the counter (we just never needed it) --3 compartment sink and a hand sink (the sinks are big enough to wash all the big stuff no problem) --16 gallon fresh water holding tank --6 gallon hot water heater --Shurflo pump --commercial coffee maker --2 propane tanks (I forget the # of gallons) --miscellaneous utensils and ladles --lots of disposables like paper soup bowls, checkered plastic wrap, 2oz portion containers... all the wiring is new and all of the exterior lights work properly. The original trailer jack has been replaced with a better heavy duty one. It works well. The wheel bearings were repacked/serviced 6 months ago. If you want an AC unit there is room on the back wall for a small unit or a rooftop unit as there is a metal frame reinforcement installed to give support to the roof. Title and license in Texas.
